We strive to ensure the highest quality in our products. As such, refunds are only offered in the case of a manufacturing defect.
If you believe your product is faulty due to a manufacturing issue, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at sales@stmproduction.com or +961 76383893. We may request photos or additional information to assess the issue.
To be eligible for a refund (full or partial), you must collaborate with us to return the product in its original condition and packaging. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

We do not offer refunds for reasons other than verified manufacturing defects.
